Payment, Delivery and Refund Policy

Northern Greenhouse Sales is committed to quick, reliable processing and delivery of your order.

Payment Methods

We accept orders by COD or Prepaid by Cheque, Money Order, VISA & Mastercard.

Delivery Time and Method

Processing Time for orders is usually only several business days but can be up to 2 weeks. Large custom orders may experience longer processing times.

If your order will be take more than 2 weeks to process, we will contact you by phone or email to inform you.

Tracking numbers are kept on file for all shipments and are provided on request. Shipping time is dependent upon the carrier used for your order but is generally less than 7 days.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds will be given according to the method they were supplied by. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the card used for the purchase. Other refunds will be made by company cheque.

Refunds will be given only for orders that cannot be fulfilled, have been cancelled before processing or that have been returned with Return Material Authorization (RMA). Refunds will not include delivery or return shipping fees.

In some cases a restocking fee or shop-processing fee of up to 25% may apply to orders cancelled or returned for refund.

Refunds will be processed and issued within 7 business days of our receiving your pre-authorized returned product (see RMA, above).
